This is the 3rd verson of this home I've done. This has 3 bedrooms up stairs with a bathroom. Down is a huge livingroom and a faimly room kitchen with dining area connected. patio doors leading from family room and dining area. There is also a study downstairs or a 4th bedroom if you should want. And a room for either a second bathroom or a laundry room. A huge yard with lots of space allowed for outdoor decorating.
