As seen in the Brighton Beach bundle.

The Bus itself is not animated instead there are 2 nodes that make the road circuit.

To use in the Brighton Beach room you will have to get it on one of the animation nodes. The nodes move pretty quick along the road but near the tunnels they slow down so you should be able to catch them there. You will have to get the Bus on one of those moving nodes for it to travel down the road.
