This frame is different than any other you've seen. This frame may be placed on walls that do not have wall nodes.
It's node is a FLOOR node, but it doesn't rest on the floor. When you load the item in, it floats about eye level with your avatar!
So just put it on a floor node next to the wall and slide it. YAY! Finally... pictures on any wall!
