HRHeather's rainbow sequin sleeveless formal dress. Plunging deeply behind, and almost showing too much in front, it is definitely still General Audience, NOT AP. Can be used by ravers, as well as party goers, is good for formals, New Years parties, Christmas, as well as spring, summer, and even fall parties. Probably not so good for a funeral. As almost all of my dresses, this one does not drop in the lights. Being sequins, it sparkles, and looks like it reflects light. Try before you buy, but use the change room?!
