When the Imperial Navy asked for a new assault and boarding shuttle that could survive battle space, GDI and Corinth Industries submitted competing designs. During a direct trial GDI's XA-18 shuttle outperformed CI's XA-15 in every category. Its high acceleration rates, modular armaments, and boarding clamps built into the hull made it instantly popular with the Admiralty. Armaments: 2x Modular Box Launchers outfitted per mission specs, 2x 3 Missile Hard Points adjusted as mission demands.
