Vulcan Chess: v0.9

Star Trek: Vulcan Chess with Vulcan Rules.  Not yet finished.
Latest Changes:
- Finalize button added which only appears when both players have set their Primary boards.
- Finalize sends multiplayer event which pops up the confirmation window.
- No button in confirmation window successfully denies finalization request.
- Added multiple error-proofing functions for user interaction between the finalization process.

Things to Do:
- Keep the synch afloat if one player accidentally leaves the chess game so that when they return, they synch right back.
- Do the Yes button
