OK, I've made this item as an experiment mainly for my own use, but figured I'd go ahead and make it available for anyone else who wants it as well. It's designed for use with the European Male Head (Head 4), and is made from Whistler's face paint mesh, so it's a bit seperated from the face, as you can see from the large pics.
