Developer Notes
I can actually do a bridge in real life if I was lying on the ground and then push and arch my back upwards. But I can't do it from a standing up position and bend back into a bridge. I actually tried to do it as I was making this animation and almost injured my back. Sigh... not as flexible as I used to be.
