Victus Nemus
In Ancient times people believed in dryads, wood nymphs, female spirits that protected the flora from harm.
Such beliefs were found later in other cultures as well, where woods were full of spirits of the trees, and to travel safely through the forest you had to pay them.
Victus Nemus means "Living (Alive) Tree". It's a phrase used by those who practice herbal magick, healing magick and druid's magic.
It means that you believe in those spirits and ask them for help.
