This is my first attempt at a multi-layered outfit. This is inspired by the Mission Jacket from the Star Trek II Movie. As usual it is in the Gold (Engineering) colours 'cos that's what I do. (P.S. This outfit does not include boots. Fortunately you can wear any length boots with it, so a simple pair of black boots or pumps should work.) *Edit* I've updated the colour scheme to match the movies. The old mustard yellow colour is now the proper Starfleet Gold colour.
