FILM DESCRIPTION

ON/OFF is a film about two classes of race sharing one city. The Blue Class are known as the calm, collective thinkers who followed rules like written stones. The Red Class are the opposite of those kind, they are impulsive, aggressive and stands by the freedom of: rules are meant to be broken. What happens when two people fell for another for the wrong reason? Does one follow for what they believed in or does one break the rules for attraction?
