[ATT] Yakko Kanoko [ATT] Formal Kanzashi Bundle [ATT] Yakko Shimada

"Hikizuri" means that the kimono has a longer length than a usual one and is worn by geisha, maiko (apprentice geisha) and nihonbuyo dancers.

Formal black kimono like these have mon (family crests) on the sleeves, back and front of the kimono. In accordance with the outfit's high formality, a nagajuban with golden decorations and a golden obi are worn with the kimono.

This is the kimono of a senior maiko; the red-coloured collar is completely covered in the front in white embroidery, indicating the maiko has completed three to five years of her apprenticeship. However, this hikizuri has a tied obiage, which is worn only by the most senior maiko, who will have their eri-kae generally within one or two months.
