This is a derivable hair bow/accessory/pin, (whatever you want it to be), for the right side of the female head. It is placed a little bit away from the head, to work with more hairstyles, but will NOT work with all hairstyles. If you like this mesh, and you want it for the other side, or want it placed a little differently on the head, etc, please let me know, I will do what I can for you. :)
