This is the Zen Modern Loft. It is part of my Zen Modern Collection of homes and furniture. This is the first time I have re-textured this mesh and I love the finished result. This is a medium size home comprised of two rooms which overlook a beautiful pond and 2 deck areas. The pond does have furniture nodes so you can place floats, etc. in it, BUT you cannot swim in it. The view is a serene asian seaside at sunset. Many hours went into re-texturing this. I hope you enjoy it.

****DEVELOPER NOTE: THIS HOME USES OPACITY FOR THE GLASS WINDOWS AT THE FRONT OF BOTH ROOMS. I DID THIS SO THEY COULD HAVE A DARK FROSTED LOOK OF REAL TRANSPARENT GLASS. THE DOWNSIDE TO THIS IS THAT IF YOUR AVATAR IS WEARING CLOTHES OR HAIR THAT ALSO USE OPACITY, THEY MAY DISAPPEAR WHEN LOOKING THROUGH THE GLASS AT THE AVATAR. *I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS AS IT IS AN IMVU BUG!* I TELL THIS TO YOU IN EFFORT TO PROVIDE FULL DISCLOSURE. IN MY OPINION, THE TIME SPENT LOOKING THROUGH THE GLASS AT AN AVATAR IS MINIMAL SO THIS SHOULD NOT BE MUCH OF A PROBLEM. IF YOU WEAR HAIR OR CLOTHES WHICH DO NOT USE OPACITY IT WILL NOT BE AN ISSUE AT ALL. IT IS SMALL TRADE-OFF TO HAVE MORE REALISTIC HOME.***
