Behold, your avatar is indeed Injal, a dragon kin! This is the one of the arm fins of the Draconian hybrid, the Injal, as interpretted by artist ReverendWyrm. Designed using ancient text and sketches hidden by arcane scholar/artist Albrecht Durer these arm fins were typically used by full Draconi as rudders during gliding and draft riding flight.
