Behold, your avatar is indeed Injal, a dragon kin! These are the fins of the Draconian hybrid the Injal as interpretted by artist ReverendWyrm. Designed using ancient text and sketches hidden by arcane scholar/artist Albrecht Durer these back fins were typically used by full Draconi as rudders during gliding and draft riding flight.
