Derivable...This room is a City. The one building featured is the only building you can actually live in. The others you can stand on the roof tops. There is two blocks with two streets that you can add cars and trucks to. The fun part is you get to own a building all to yourself. You can add furniture just about everywhere. There are certain places by the background that you can't place your avatar its for show only. But as I said you do get two whole blocks to kick it. Woot!
