This is the LeatherBound Exec Home Remix. It is the 20th room in my LeatherBound series. I made this for personal use because I wanted a LeatherBound Exec Home with lighter floors and see through windows. As opposed to the 1st version, this one uses opacity for the windows which give them a dark tinted look that I love. Also the fire in the fireplace is animated in this version which was not available in the first. Leather is my fetish so this room is mostly of leather texture. The flooring is primarily of platinum-toned leather with a section of black leather.

**THIS HOME HAS HEAVY USE OF OPACITY TO MAKE THE GLASS AND WATER MORE REALISTIC. THE TRADE-OFF WITH THIS IS THAT IF YOU ARE WEARING HAIR OR CLOTHING THAT ALSO USE OPACITY, THEY MAY DISAPPEAR WHEN LOOKING THROUGH THE GLASS OR IN THE WATER. THIS IS AN IMVU BUG!! I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT. I RECOMMEND USING HAIRSTYLES/CLOTHES THAT DO NOT USE OPACITY IF THIS BOTHERS YOU. PERSONALLY, I DO NOT SPEND THAT MUCH TIME LOOKING THROUGH THE WINDOW AT MY AVATAR SO IT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR ME LOLOL!!** I hope you like it!
