Notes for devs: ..I've used opacity maps and other tricks to keep this mesh as polly free as possible. eg. ive used a texture to create the stairs rather than actually meshing them in 3D.. So I will add my stair texture below to help give an idea of how it can be made. This really does increase the performance and helps reduce room slowness :)
