Layerable jeweled skirt/belt from the Lady of the Lake Dress Mesh. An Arthurian legend, the necklace of the Lady of the Lake was given to Sir Pelleas for helping an old lady cross a river. It's enchantment makes it's wearer deeply loved, though I doubt Sir Pelleas would wear this particular version of the necklace himself lol

The jewelry includes an animated sparkle, but if you wish to disable it, just set a black texture for 08, turn off the blending for it, and uncheck the animation for it. And ask with the other jeweled meshes, some free textures are provided below the maps.
