Star Trek Nemesis Dress Uniform Variant for use with kilts

Thi is a Variant of the Star Trek Nemesis dress uniform. It is desined to work with kilts for those of us who wear them. The outer portion is black with a grey underlay for officers below a captain. I developed the version with the white underlay mainly for my wedding to my girl friend. But is good for other formal events.
