Derivable...This island room has two levels and two animated pools. The top level has a tower that you can add furniture to and is surrounded by water with a falls that flows to the second level. The bottom level has a pool and grass that you can furniture to. This room is lovely!
*NOTE..To Dev's..your can only change the top of the trees. I would suggest that you just use mine.
