You are free to derive from this product whatever your imagination can inspire, so long as:

1. It does not violate the IMVU terms of service
2. It is rated as GA or AP accordingly
3. It is not considered to be UFI (unfit for IMVU)

I am not a lawyer, I don't play one on TV, and I do not make legal interpretations regarding IMVU's various documents. I'm not going to police your work, report anyone, or play advocate one way or the other. All I ask is that you make a good faith, common sense effort to follow IMVU's rules. It's all any of us can do, at the end of the day.

I request that your derived product not be marked as derivable, unless:

1. You have made extensive opacity changes which you feel would benefit other developers, then you have my explicit consent to mark your item as derivable. It would be nice, but is not required, if you'd contact me and let me know. -OR-
2. You have added your own unique mesh or additions to a product, then you have my explicit consent to mark your item as derivable.

Please don't go using my icons, using silly IMVU work-arounds to steal my meshes, or other acts of theft. I frown on that, and once you're found out (and you will be), you not only have to deal with me being a jerk, you'll have to deal with IMVU DMCA takedown notices, losing your account, and so on. Do all of us original content creators - not to mention yourself - a favor and just don't do it.
