*Note: After you resize my frame image, you might want to set the original frame for, "pattern or clone" before dropping your image onto the frame. Once it is dropped, you can then create another layer on top and paint the watch handle back on top your new image..or..like my edited picture? Feel free to resize, directly upload into the Previewer and submit (don't forget to delete my 3 opacity before you upload and submit)!
