Most of my heads are not "no smile" because I am an Happy guy and IMVU is a Happy place
if you don't whant to smile wear a no smile avatar: my male avatars are no smile and very afordable

This female Head is compatible with the IMVU triggers like "Gag" or "Smile" that what you see on this icon, ears and "now eyebrows" are sold separately , Ive made really tiny ears on this head because most of the furrys wear custom ears.

All my heads are derivable and you can also add make up on,in this case Ive added an anyskin muzzle.
