Based on a character I made for the White Wolf RPG "Scion", Judith Ramona Doucet. She's a punk-band frontwoman for the fictional band "Black Hyena" in the style of Joan Jett, Siouxsie Sioux, Pauline Murray, Lydia Lunch, and the MoDettes. (Don't know them? LOOK IT UP!)
