Idea behind this head shape was supposed to be a sad faun or fairy. It was going to be rounder but it looked horrible so I made some changes.
I'm sticking to my elf ear heads and I won't make this with regular ears (sorry)

What's different?
Slightly downturned mouth
Pinched nose with a straight bridge
Almost cat-like eye shape
Most importantly smallish elf ears that stick out to the sides, instead of up and out
Brows are thinner and frowning a little
