These are LAYERABLE chaps. They are meant to be worn OVER another item of clothing (such as a pair of underpants). The diaper does NOT come with the chaps, it was made by PamperedPup. If no other bottoms are worn with the chaps, then the DEFAULT male pants will show. Some bulkier bottoms (such as the defaults) with "cut" through the chaps.
