Equality has been shown as not important to IMVU.

They allow some to violate TOS over 70 times without disciplinary action.

Join me in flying the Jolly Roger in Protest.

I am opening discussions on a change in the TOS and it's enforcement.

Whereby IMVU agrees to- Treat all TOS / Pro Developer violators with equality and
fairness.

Comes up with a criteria for punishing developers. ie

Bug Exploit- 30 Day suspension

Non Competitive Behavior - 30 Day suspension

Breaking TOS- "

etc etc.

This has been the thorn in our keister's for the last 6 months. Either someone steals
This has to end in order to bring up the level of third party development here at IMVU. If I were a real pro looking to come stake my reputation and invest my time here I would laugh at the way things have been handled lately and move on to the next .com to work.

IMVU must have consistent policies and equally important they must enforce those policies equally and fairly.

I have brought this up in the Developer Council as well but would love to hear your input.

I am not the best at getting my message across clearly so I would like your opinions.

If we don't stand up as a group and demand fair treatment, we will slowly become extinct here.

I am not talking about the rules they make. I just want to see them enforced fairly.

Or is fair just what you pay to get on the short bus?

What say you people?

Are you tired of it? I am. I am completely grieved by the lack of and selective enforcement of TOS and IMVU policies when it comes to some developers and yet others are dealt with swiftly and heavily for less impacting violations.

It's time to get together on something or get ready to fall apart.
