This outfit is mostly fish/mermaidish themed... As you've noticed so far I am attempting a constant 'doll' looking theme for my zodiac cosplay outfits... I mean to do this so it gives me a challenge an at the same time I produce beautiful work. Anyway back to the outfit and shoes, it's adorned with "fish scales". The heels and soles of the shoe are a bright blue. There is a matching shirt, skirt and crown.
