It is ONLY for the SMALL DOLL HEAD! not for any other head!
It will layer over any skin you're wearing.
So it will look great with most skins, but I cannot garantee it will look okay with all the skins available out there.
So best that you try it on before buying.
This version is opaque, so it will completly color the lips. So usually you wont see anything of the skins lips underneath.
Good to know: if your skin has a lipring, you won't see the lipring anymore.
