A dark cloud shrouds the city in the wake of the ripper murders.
Desinged by Sir David Blake and Carter Hall, these wings are made with nth metel,
a Thangarian metal that has anti gravity properties.
An additional enhancment to these wings were added by Nicola Tesla to also give
the user the ability to shoot an energy blast to temporaily paralize individuals when
offencive or defencive action is required.
A Storm is coming.
