A dark cloud shrouds the city in the wake of the ripper murders.
This darkness has attracted many unseelie forces and the presence of The Esoteric Order of Dagon,
formaly only found in the American city of Innsmouth, has been growing larger and more powerful.
Members of The Order have been reported to be in possession of this device, though
its purpose remains a mystery to the uninitiated. The most common theory is
that it is some form of communication or storage device.
