Based on the ballroom from the 1986 movie Labyrinth, with David Bowie.
This is Jareth's grandfather clock with the 13 hours. The hands are animated and it actually tells your time if you stand on the node in the center of the clock face. There is a swinging pendulum and chimes inside the clock itself.
