It will layer over any skin you're wearing.
So it will look great with most skins, but I cannot garantee it will look okay with all the skins available out there.
So best that you try it on before buying.
It is ONLY for the anime standard head! not for any other head!
This version is slightly transparant, so it will blend a little bit with the lipcolor of the skin you wear.
If your skin has a lipring, it will show a little bit under, but will look rather weird. so best to wear a skin without lipring I think.
