This is a new, cool layerable tanktop I just created. It is more appealing over dark tops, like the one showed in the picture. The unique thing about this fishnet tanktop is that when it is touching skin, it appears to be a neon orange. However, when it covers clothes, it fades into a neon red. Just look at the picture!
