Bon appetit!! This is scrumptious... our own special recipe... Whole cranberries, simmered in honey, fresh squeezed orange juice & cranberry juice, with a cinnamon stick... set overnight and garnished in the center with a layer of marmalade and topped with cottage cheese... Oh, but I was not supposed to tell you all that, lol... so much for the family secret, hehe... ;) With the holidays coming, naturally, we crave certain foods... this would be one of them... :) Made by special request for someone special (and a popular request as well...)
