The Army Dress blue jacket is part of the new US Army Service Uniform/ Army Dress Blues. It is worn by the US Army male personnel. Ranks on shoulder straps is Lieutenant Colonel (O-05).

This jacket features all the qualification badges, medals, ribbons & other accessories that are usually worn at this rank.
