The Machine Torso
(This version is for Female Avies Only!)

Fears about your future sagging curves got your down? Wish you could keep a firm, sexy body forever? Well you can't get more ageless or firm then STEEL! Never worry again about the effects of gravity or time again with the Female Machine Torso. Part of my Machine series, this upperbody and arm replacement will transform your soft, fleshy, goo human upperbody into a nearly indestructible, fusion powered, and sexy as heck, metal machine. Kick Father Time in the nards and laugh in the face of your biologically clock! And, just for kicks, I've thrown in a hidden Plasma cannon, should the Grim Reaper not take the hint. You'll be sexy forever with the Machine Torso! (...but watch out for Rust)

Type in "FireCannon" charge up and let loose fiery death on your Foes from your Plasma Chest Cannon

PLEASE NOTE: This Torso can only be used by Female avies. It won't fit a Male avie. There is a separate version for Male Avies available in the catalog. It replaces the Upper-body and Both Hands of the avie, so it won't work with any item that replaces any of those, like gloves, most shirts, and certain accessories. Attempting to use said items with this Body will either remove the items, or cause the body to vanish. If you're in doubt about it fitting your avie and your outfit correctly, please use TRY IT before you BUY IT! There will be NO REFUNDS if it doesn't work with your existing outfit or avie. So use TRY IT first!

Wish the body was made out of Gold? Can't stand the lack of sound? Well then, quite complaining and DERIVE it! Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Below is the template you'll need to get started:

This is the Texture map used for the Chest and Back. Use this if you wish to add some small details, like rust or burn marks, or just shift the Color or Hue:

This is the Opacity layer for the Chest and Back. Basically you just cut black holes into this white image to allow the glowing body underneath to show, allowing for flashing lights and glowing wires. White is solid, black is invisible. You can use gray for a glass-like appearance, but IMVU doesn't handle transparencies very well, so your results may vary. You need to make sure your "Holes" line up with the texture map, and the size of the Opacity layer matches the Texture map above. Use the Wireframe layout to guide you in the hole making process:

This is the Wireframe layout for the Chest and Back. You'll need this if you wish to change the layout of the Holes, or make a new texture map from scratch. This is something best left to the more advanced users:

This is the Energy you see pulsing under the surface of the Chest and Back. Basically, there's a hidden Upper-Body under the visible one, and this image is applied to all of it. Make changes to this to change the color and frequency of the pulsing energy underneath. Look under Material settings in Previewer to change the speed and direction of the Energy's movement. The mapping is the same on this hidden Upper-body as it is on the visible one, so plan your layout accordingly:

This is the Texture used for the Fireball that grows at the tip of the gun as it fires. I use the same image, with a different name, for the Opacity layer as well:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
