The Flower Power
(For Male and Female Avies)

Need to add a little floral flare to your chat? Try bringing along your own flowers! With the Flower Power, you'll be able to summon up your own crop of a dozen large flowers on command. They spring up out of any floor you're standing on, surrounding you with their sweet elegance. Then they softly blow in the virtual wind to add to their realism. Impress the girl you love, or show your man what a flower you are. Either way, you'll be looking pretty when surrounded by the Flower Power!

Commands:
"Bloom" causes the flowers to sprout out of the ground and surround you.
(Change between Sitting and Standing Spots to make the flowers reset to their Invisible mode)

Prefer Red Flowers? Wish there was a faint wind sound as they blow in the breeze? Good! Then DERIVE them! Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Below is the template you'll need to get started:

This is the Texture map for the Flower Blossoms. If you change the shape of the flower, and I assume most of you will want to, you'll need to not only paste in your flower here, but also make a new Opacity Layer below. Please make sure to center your flower, using the Wireframe template, also located below:

This is the Opacity map for the Flower Blossoms. As you can see, it's a Black and White Silhouette of that flower, with the solid parts being White and the invisible parts being Black. You can use Gray to make the flowers semi-transparent, but they will work best if kept solid Black and White. This image MUST MATCH the image of your Flower Blossom EXACTLY! Make sure your Flower Blossom is centered perfectly, using the Wireframe image below, then copy flower's outline to make the silhouette.

This is the Wireframe for the Flower Blossoms. You'll need this to help you align your flower image and make sure it's centered and inside the frame. You must keep the flower in the center, and well within the edges of the box. Otherwise your flower will be misshapen, or have part of it's petals clipped:

This is the Texture map for the Stem and the back part of the Flowers. Unless you plan on some radically new form of flower, you probably don't need to edit this, as most flower stems are green:

This is the Opacity map for the Stem and Parts. Unless you want these parts to disappear, for instance if you wanted Smiley Faces instead of flowers, there is no need to edit this image. If you do want those parts to disappear, simply make this image all Black and they will vanish:

This is the Wireframe layout for the Stem and Parts, assuming you have any reason to edit them:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
