Purpurin glitter around eyes: this glitter IS NOT animated: looks alike due the avatar breath and movements. Self illuminated. Blending ON: if you use other items with the same option, there may be interferences. This can happens with Zell heads that have eye lashes set as "blending on": A part of makeup can disappear when the avatar have the eyes open. To see the whole makeup, type "close" and your avatar will close the eyes while 15 seconds or more, showing the part of makeup you can't see before (2 example images below). Certain baby hairs can hide the upper side of makeup, or make interferences as I've said related with "blending on" option. Looks better at dark ambient rooms, and preferently with dark skins.
