Derived from TrakahanTiTeutonia's Derivable Spa, I designed this beach home for my RL best friend, the beautiful Nevaeh.

This beach home features over 300 furniture nodes, a huge furnishable pool, a huge indoor bath with built-in seating, glass all around, marble, and beautiful rich wood floors. All with a beautiful beach view!
