Furniture piece. Animated climbing action with invisible ladder. Avatar will climb
the full height of ladder and stand upon reaching the top, then another action
node becomes available which allows for your avatar to climb back down again.

So why an invisible ladder ? Well, now you can climb anywhere, or you can use it
with existing ladders or pirate ship's rigging that doesn't include actions. Simples.
