This skirt is self illuminating and changes its color. It does not replace your bottom clothes, so you need to do it, if wished. This skirt partially uses "blending" and might interfere with other objects using it (e.g. transparent objects) until imvu fixes it. Well, TRY before you buy! Check my neon catalog!
