This item is a mesh for a very basic cake of the high-rise sort. That means its ideal for flat surfaced high cakes like Sacher Torte, Black Forest gateau (Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte), high cheesecakes and other fancy decorated cakes for any occasion like birthdays and other parties.
Not only is the mesh simple, it is also easily textured:
