Jawas . . . .

Nasty little critters. I can't abide those Jawas.

Native to Tattooine, the Jawas are a scavenger species that collects junk all across the planet. Droids, machines, parts, schematics, anything of value . . . and anything not of any value. Jawas will collect anything they come across and try to fix it and sell it again.

The Jawas use giant transport vehicles to traverse the sand dunes and hold all of their cargo. The Jawa Sand Crawler is the largest ground vehicle on Tatooine. It is roughly ten stories tall (when maximized to it's full size by your size tool). It's enormous tracks enable it to demolish anything in it's path. It's large cargo areas are capable of holding thousands of tons of materials and items.

Jawas are small in stature and can do little to defend themselves against raiders and pirates. So, they equip their vehicles with the most powerful weaponry they can. One would have to be crazy to attack one of these armored transports unless they had a battalion of Storm Troopers behind them.

The Jawa Sand Crawlers have a vast array of makeshift technology designed to help them collect items. One of the most useful is the "Droid Tube". This is a large cylinder that is located underneath the Sand Crawler. It will extend lower to the groud, and once a droid or other item is placed underneath the tube, a large vacuum will suck the item into the Sand Crawler. Be careful not to stand too close to it, otherwise you may be sucked into the Crawler yourself!

This Droid Tube is an independent 3D furniture item. It is highly detailed and it designed to be attached underneath the Jawa Sand Crawler. It is sized perfectly, it only needs to be positioned by using your "nudge" tools.

Jawas and their Sand Crawlers can be found almost anywhere on Tattooine. Try looking for them in The Dune Sea, Jabba's Palace, Mos Eisley Space Port, and The Mos Eisley Cantina!
