If you are having problems with any of my hairs I can not help you. This "black stuff" is only see-able by some people. I have never experienced it and neither have the people I have asked to check it. I do not know what causes this. I'm sorry but I cannot fix what I didn't cause and can't see. No refunds since this does work for a lot of people. I am sorry for any inconvience this may cause. I do not know what is wrong. No one has reported this happening on my Vomit account even when the hairstyle combinations are the same as the ones that have problems here. So once again I'm sorry I don't know why some people see it.
