Works for both Male and Female Avatars.
Has several separate maps for different feather sections, all are 256x256 square wraparounds.
Uses the following animations:
Basic Idle Animation
"Up" raises the tail straight up in the air for a few seconds.
"Fly" makes the tail raise, lower, and shiver as if you were navigating a high wind.
"Fork" makes the tail fold together.
