Heads this will work with:

Head 4: Shows up when smiling disappears when serious look.

Jennifer Head: No

Natalie Head: Shows up when Smiling disappears when serious.

Thinner Head by KittenKat: Yes the bottom ball moves a little off the face when smiling.

Default Head: Yes same as Thinner Head above.

Have not tried it with any other head thus far just the above. If you come across a head it works with please let me know so I can add it to the list. Thank you
