**This is an old factory building in the old part of a city, a building of vintage brick and steel...rusty and aged to perfection...to bring out the creative side in any one. You load into a vintage lobby(windows in the french doors make it possible to add a furniture surround...wait for the elevator. it will take u up to the top of the building to a open space loft with a beautiful 3D sunset view out of the windows. This place is amazing. My 1st fantasy is to be an artist living and working here in the city. Having model friends come over to sketch or paint. Casual relaxed creative minds joining together in a art show with wines and cheese....and romance. My second is to play out a steampunk themed room of mystery and scientific discoveries.
